Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
  • Contact us at support@ascendscan.app and we will arrange it with Paddle on your behalf.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time via the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
